Cancellation Policy

Balloon Arrangements/Installs:

  • All balloon sales are final and non-refundable. If an item arrives to you damaged or defective please call 613-797-2919 immediately and email photos to balloomingevents@outlook.com with a description of the issue. We will issue a store credit or new product.

  • All balloon arrangements/backdrop displays are hand made and will be created as close as possible to the requested design from our previously made arrangements/backdrops displays. As for any inspiration photos sent by the customer outside of Ballooming Events designs will be created into our own version and will not be identical to the inspiration photo. 

  • Balloon arrangement pick ups please handle balloons with care during transportation. If they end up damaged there will be an additional fee to repair.

  • Please order balloons as close to your event date as possible.

  • If display is required for longer than 24hrs they usually last for days to weeks but there is no guarantee. If you require setup adjustment there will be a $85+hst fee. Balloon replacements the pricing depends on balloon type and how many. The delivery fee will depend on location.

  • Changes to the design can be made up to one week prior to the requested date additional costs may apply.

  • Balloon installation designs can’t be changed on site during installation.

  • If plans change and a cancellation needs to be made we will reschedule the delivery/install date - 7days notice via email.

  • If the display is required for longer than 24hrs additional fees will apply.

  • If plans change and a cancellation needs to be made we will reschedule the setup date - 7days notice required.

​​Rentals

  • If the display is required for longer than 24hrs additional rental fees will apply.

  • If the display is required for longer than 24hrs they usually last for days to weeks but there is no guarantee. If you require setup adjustment there will be a $85+hst fee upon each request. Balloon replacements the pricing depends on balloon type and how many. The delivery fee will depend on location.

  • Please handle display with care the rental items must be in the same condition they were setup in or the deposit will not be reimbursed - deposit fee depends on event type and for how long. 

  • Items must be ready for take down/pick up at the agreed upon recovery time. If your event runs past the agreed upon recovery/return time there will be a $50.00 Fee per additional 30minutes. The payment will be reduced from your deposit any time after must be made 30minutes prior to the agreed upon recovery time. If we have already arrived on site and you require additional time there will also be an additional fee for us to return to the location this fee depends on the location the payment must be made immediately via Etransfer or Credit Card.

  • Cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior.​

Payments 

  • Payments must be made to confirm the date you have requested. This date will be reserved for 48hrs after this time frame the invoice/order will be voided/cancelled. (See cancellation policy balloon arrangements and Event Displays) Please contact us if you still require the service and to confirm availability.

  • Supplies will not be ordered and/or work will not be started until payment is received. Last Minute options payment is due immediately.Note: Supplies must be ordered 1-2 weeks prior if not in stock.

Deposits

  • Non-refundable deposits must be made to confirm the date you have requested. This date will be reserved for 48hrs after this time frame the invoice will be voided/cancelled. Please contact us if you still require the service to reconfirm availability.

  • Remaining balances are due one week prior to the requested event date (payments are not accepted the day of the event). If overdue three reminder notices will be sent via email. If the payment is still not received your order will be considered a cancellation 24hrs after the third notice is sent - deposit is non refundable.   • Your deposit is to hold the requested date and order supplies. The remaining balance is to start the work, deliver and complete your order.
